Before shipping, all goods are carefully examined and safely secured. Each day, we ship to thousands of customers across multiple countries. Note: Orders that contain multiple items will have a distinct processing time for each item.
We will carefully examine all products before they are shipped. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. Delivery time ranges between 3-7 days.
Returns
We are not able to manage the stock at our warehouse or factory. So the actual stock may change at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order is out of stock after the order has been placed.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you've made your purchase, we unfortunately can't give you a full exchange or refund.
You are able to return a product when it's unopened and in the same condition the day you received it. You must have the item in the original packaging.
